When will my order ship?
- Processing Time: The time it takes to prepare and ship the package.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times includes the time to send the package after the processing time, taking into account the original ZIP Code, destination Zip Code and time to deliver. Delivery times may vary during peak season.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship within 5-7 business days after being placed due to high-volume of orders. All orders placed between 12:01am Central Time on Fridays and 11:59pm Central Time on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when calculate the approximate arriving time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
If the piece is MADE TO ORDER it usually take longer than 5-7 business days. Please verify shipping details on each product page for specific shipping days or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more informations.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
The estimated delivery times after an order has been processed are as follows:
USPS First Class Mail: 3-9 business days from ship date.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days from ship date.
USPS First Class Package International Service: 5-15 business days
DHL Express Worldwide: 1-5 business days
*Please note that certain international orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
All orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday if shipped via USPS. Other carriers (such as DHL, UPS, Fedex) will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. The day your order is processed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico sometimes can take a couple of days more.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for information display correctly. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express and will be delivered to your door. When your order being fulfilled, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email (if applicable). You may copy and paste your tracking number into the DHL website to find any tracking information available for your package.
All shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier.
All transactions are deemed completed upon BKBT Concept's verification that an order has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service by a delivery confirmation receipt number for international orders. Once these numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. We are only responsible if your order was shipped via DHL. Please note that United States Postal Service Standard International Mail DO NOT offer tracking information outside of the U.S. The status update of "Processing through custom" listed under the features column of the tracking information indicates that the order has left the U.S. to its destination country. Please be aware of your Country's Postal Service, if you know your local Postal Service doesn't offer a good service WE ADVISE YOU TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHOD.
Please note that in the following countries: Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Cyprus and Venezuela the shipping via USPS First Class and Priority Mail an estimated delivery time can't be guarantee sometimes it may take up to four months and we are not responsible of any delays. We advise you to choose a different shipping option.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please send us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we won't be able to change the address.
How about Refused or Undeliverable Packages?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order. We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason.
You are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping charges
- Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns.
Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Maybe. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility. Please be advised that you are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties and any other charges that may be imposed.
You will be charged shipping and handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Priority Mail shipping.

Credit card processing may take 1 to 2 business days. All purchases are subject to verification with the financial institution and/or card holder, which may take up to 5 business days for approval. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified via email or phone.
Do you accept returns?
Of course! BKBT Concept happily accepts unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date (not shipping date) for refund or store credit.
* Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for refund on 30% or greater discounted items. ALL ITEMS 30% OFF OR GREATER ARE FINAL SALE. We DO NOT accept returns on certain MADE TO ORDER PIECES as well, please verify return details on each product page or email email@example.com.
We will issue a refund as soon your items are received back at the warehouse. Shipping and taxes will not be included. We cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, special order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear as well as any items purchased with a coupon code or items that are discounted are final sale, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must be accompanied with original sales receipt.
- Products must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
- Product must be in original conditions.
- Any Products is 30% OFF OR GREATER is FINAL SALE AND cannot be returned.
- Holiday Returns: During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st – Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.
- Computer or cell phone skins cannot be returned. PLEASE double check the size before purchasing.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org).
How do I return/exchange my purchase?
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
- Clothing: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
To return/exchange your item(s), follow the steps below:
- Click here to fill out return form.
- Wait for our email with your return authorization and return address (return to either our warehouse or vendor's address.) *Please email email@example.com if you don't receive confirmation email in 3 days.
- Pack your item(s) and take them to the parcel carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping back to us. BKBT Concept does not provide return shipping labels on orders and any shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless BKBTconcept.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item.
- Have a copy of your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it.
- When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification/store credit. It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received
- For exchanges: can be done using your store credit. Once you get your code, just place a new order at www.bkbtconcept.com.
Please postmark your package within 14 days of the date your order was received. We are NOT liable for lost return packages, and recommend you to insure and track your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Promoted/Discounted items (if applicable)
Any items that purchasing with promoted/discounted code can be only returned for store credit. As soon as we receive your returned package, we'll send you a confirmation email with all of your store credit info. You can use your credit to get a different size, color, etc. This code will never expire, so take your time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you have proof you've sent it.
