When will my order ship?
- Processing Time: The time it takes to prepare and ship the package.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times includes the time to send the package after the processing time, taking into account the original ZIP Code, destination Zip Code and time to deliver. Delivery times may vary during peak season.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship within 5-7 business days after being placed due to high-volume of orders. All orders placed between 12:01am Central Time on Fridays and 11:59pm Central Time on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when calculate the approximate arriving time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
If the piece is MADE TO ORDER it usually take longer than 5-7 business days. Please verify shipping details on each product page for specific shipping days or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more informations.
How much does shipping cost? Do you ship internationally?
Standard US shipping is a flat rate of $6.50, however, shipping is free on US order over $100.
And yes, we are a global store! We ship worldwide.
- USPS International Shipping (5-15 business days): $15
- DHL Express International Shipping (2-5 business days): $40
**PLEASE NOTE: Some countries impose tariffs and taxes on imported merchandise upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot predict which countries will charge the extra fees, and therefore we cannot be responsible for the extra charges. Please refer to your country's tariff/tax policies before placing an order if this is a concern to you.
Did my order ship yet? I haven't received a confirmation email.
You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive a confirmation email. For a time specific estimate or shipping update please email email@example.com.
How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow 5-7 business days for standard order processing. We prioritize expedited USPS orders so they go out as soon as possible. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.
The estimated delivery times after an order has been processed are as follows:
USPS First Class Mail: 3-9 business days from ship date.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days from ship date.
USPS First Class Package International Service: 5-15 business days
DHL Express Worldwide: 1-5 business days
*Please note that certain international orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
All orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday if shipped via USPS. Other carriers (such as DHL, UPS, Fedex) will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. The day your order is processed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico sometimes can take a couple of days more.
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International Service and DHL Express.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International, and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order? Or exchange items in the current order?
Yes, you can cancel your order in 12 hours if you change your mind :) We are pretty flexible here at BKBT. And YES, just email us the items you want to exchange in the current order, and we will make a note to the warehouse ASAP.
Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file, incorrect cvv or wrong zip code. Please be sure to double check this info, and if that does not work, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can always try using a different type of payment like Paypal.
Do you accept returns?
Of course! BKBT Concept happily accept unworn merchandise in its original condition and tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit. See more details here.
Can I apply a promotion code to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotion codes to orders already placed.
How do I use my store credit?
Put the code at checkout where it asks for store credit or coupon code, and then click apply. It will automatically deduct from your total amount.
Can you price match or make price adjustments?
Prices are as marked, but we always have great deals and sales going on for no reason. Please sign up for our newsletters/ramblings emails, and we will send out deals to your way.
